It was born out of a hobby which I have followed for the last 30 years in collecting and using fine period shotguns. I have been fortunate in engaging the help of very informative colleagues in finding suitable donor guns, many of which have been purchased from the original owners (I tend to avoid auction houses) and with the help of a dedicated team of specialist gun smiths we try our very best to return these guns to a condition that makes them safe to shoot, ie every gun is re-London nitro proofed and their beauty and individual charisma is restored. They are a joy to use and treasure and without doubt a very worthwhile appreciating asset.
We have over the years sold some very fine guns to valued customers all over the world. We use a shipping agent who is very knowledgeable in preparing the documentation and easing the transportation of these guns to the purchaser in the most economical way, for example a hammer gun to be shipped to the USA usually on clear funds takes about ten days and costs on average £230 for collection at the closest international airport. This works rather well and there is usually no further cost to pay. Please let me know your requirements.
